Issue
There was a problem returning my license and I need to manually remove my license from the License Configuration Tool. I have already contacted the Support Team to release the license.
Resolution
Releasing a license will allow it to be activated again, however releasing a license will not remove it from the License Configuration Tool. Please follow the below steps to clear the License Configuration Tool.
- Close the License Configuration Tool.
- Delete all files in C:\ProgramData\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\License. (The files can be hidden)
- Activate the license again in the License Configuration Tool.
