Issue:

This Error "No Instance available to allocate %TMA" sometimes happens when trying to compile an uploaded project using Machine Expert Basic V1.3

Resolution:

1. This is a bug in ESME-Basic V1.3. and is fixed in ESME-Basic V1.4

2. If you are still using ESME-Basic V1.3, please follow below solution:

After uploading the project, logout and go to the Programming tab >> Tools >> Software Objects >> Timers:

In the Timer properties window, switch the Allocation option from Automatic to Manual and then from Manual to Automatic and click Apply. Then compile and login back.
