Yes it is possible and is similar to what is shown on the 6607 IO module manual.

Wiring is the same for both the 6607 IO module and 474 Scadapack.

This configuration is necessary due to the isolation of DO COM terminals into distinct groups, as outlined in the digital output specifications for both devices.
