The “Protocol Error Exception” that occurs when using longer passwords is a known but unresolved issue in Vijeo Design’Air. The app is discontinued and has been in End of Commercialization status since December 15th, 2025, meaning no further bug fixes or R&D updates will be provided. As a result, password‑related login issues cannot be rectified.

Shorter passwords may still work, but long-password compatibility will not be restored.
