Issue:
When attempting to read unsupported data types through EcoStruxure Web Services (EWS) in Power Monitoring Expert (PME), the following error may occur:
Couldn't convert value to double: double

Cause:
EWS in PME supports only specific data types for measurement values. Attempting to read unsupported types (such as strings) results in conversion errors.
Resolution:
The following data types are supported in PME’s EWS interface:
- Double
- Boolean
- DateTime
Note:
- String data type is not supported in EWS for measurement values.
Recommendation:
