Issue:
E-FLEX ATV61 drive is in RUN status with output frequency and voltage, but the motor is not running.

Resolution:
If the E-Flex has the bypass feature, then there will be a TEST/NORMAL switch on the front.  It is possible that the drive may be in TEST mode which would mean that the output circuit to the motor is open.  The VFD Output phase loss feature is inactive, so the drive will be allowed to run.
