Issue
After making a change to the Log Export, any unsent log data is never sent from the meter.

Cause
When the module has a setup change the module is initialized with the new settings. The process of the initializing will set the log export module to the end of the data recorder. Any attempt to pulse the Log Export module to retrieve the old data will result in message in the meter's event log no new records found.

Resolutions
Intended behavior of meter. Be sure all data from desired Data Recorder is sent before making a change to the Log Export module.
