Cause
No neutral

Resolution
Meters with a 3-phase 3-wire configuration are unable to monitor per phase power factors because they do not have a true neutral to reference. When reading per phase power factors for a series CM100/200 the result returned is the value for the total system power factor. On the series 2000 Circuit Monitor, the readings are N/A for individual phase power factor.
