I have attached a document for the user to check whether he has the administrator rights to use the software or not. Please ask the customer to try these steps and get back to us with his feedback.
If the user already knows this, you are advised to ask the user to try using the software by right clicking the icon and choose "Run as administrator" as shown in the attached image (refer to Screenshot.png)
