Cause:
Needs to program the logic input LI6 as an external fault input.
Resolution:
Basic programming is as follows
Press the ESC button to reach the Main Menu
Select Drives menu and press enter (push in on the dial)
Scroll down (clockwise) to Menu 1.8 Fault Management and press enter
Scroll down to External Fault Assignment and press enter
Select the logic input that you want to assign the drive to be your external fault input and press enter.
You can also select how you want the input to work.
You can also select what you want the drive to do when the External Fault is triggered. Options are:

You can also select how you want the input to work.
If you want the external fault to trigger on a rising edge (transition from off to on) - select Active High for the External Fault Config
If you want the external fault to trigger on a falling edge (transition from on to off) - select Active Low for the External Fault Config
If you want the external fault to trigger on a falling edge (transition from on to off) - select Active Low for the External Fault Config
You can also select what you want the drive to do when the External Fault is triggered. Options are:
Ignore
Freewheel (default setting)
Per Stt (stops according to the type of stop programmed in the drive)
Fallback spd (does not stop, but instead runs at a fixed speed defined by parameter Fallback Speed)
Spd main (does not stop, but instead continues to run at its last commanded speed)
Ramp stop
Fast stop
DC injection
Freewheel (default setting)
