Unable to use a Unity Momentum I/O Scanner service through a router

Issue
The Unity Momentum PLC could not communicate through a router with its I/O Scanner service.

The PLC could not I/O Scan through a router because it did not ARP for its Gateway Address.  This issue was resolved in a firmware fix.
