Why is Ecoreach refusing my changes to Protection settings?
Issue: When connected through Ecoreach to the Micrologic X Control Unit, it is not possible to modify the protection settings through Ecoreach.

Product Line: Ecoreach, Masterpact MTZ.

Cause: ​Ecoreach cannot change the Protection settings of the Micrologic X Control Unit if the ability to Change Protection Settings Remotely has been disabled on the Micrologic X Control Unit itself.

Resolution: ​To change protection settings remotely, please enable Remote Protection Setting via the Control Unit's onboard screen (Configuration > General > Lock Protection > External Access > Protection Change > Allow).
