Resolution:
The Alarm ULA ( underLoad Alarm) is operational, when you use detection fault function " Process UnderLoad " and "Underlaod management" UDL is assigned to NO.
Otherwise the drive trips in fault ULF and follow ramp, freewheel , fast stop.
Now if UDL=NO, and you assigned for example R1= ULA. When the motor torque is on Underload Zone (see picture below) during the delay set on "Underload detection time delay" ULT, the relay become active, and motor still in RUN (so no fault only alarm actif-> relay actif). The relay becomes inactive when the motor is stopped or leave the underload zone.
