Issue:
ATV61/71 doesn't respond to keypad command

Cause:
Drive control issue
Resolution:
Check to make sure that the drive is in local control mode. You should see 'LOC' and 'HMI' in the top bar of the display.
If you see 'Term' and 'REM', the drive is looking for command from the terminals (DI1,DI2,etc), and the drive will need to be put into local control to accept commands from the keypad.
