VJD 6.2 license error with code 0X0000001E
1. Issue
For one customer, an error occurred in the VJD 6.2 license subsystem. the customer installed VJD V6.2, registered it and after the SP8 installation, he gets this error: See attached picture. 2. Environment

The license subsystem means that the license is corrupted. The resolution is to properly uninstall VJD, clean registers and delete the LC9xxxxxx.ocx file. ( c: \ Windows \ LC9GCN9J.ocx ).Then install VJD with proper license.Released for: Schneider Electric Saudi Arabia
