Cause:
No direct migration from ATV31 to ATV320.

Resolution:
In order to migrate from ATV31 to ATV320, first migrate from ATV31 to ATV312 in SoMove and save the ATV312 file to the PC. Then perform migration from ATV312 to ATV320 using the saved ATV312 file.
