Easergy MiCOM P14x relay is hanging when injecting three-phase current above 0.25 A, but works fine with single-phase injection. How can this be resolved?

Easergy MiCOM P14x relay is hanging when injecting three-phase current above 0.25 A, but works fine with single-phase injection.

Resolution:
Please check no gap detection on/off. & disable no gap detection from the event record in the Record Control in the Easergy Micom device to solve this issue.
