Whether T300 to support with IEC61850 connect to IEDs inside the secondary substations

Yes,T300 has a database built on IEC 61850 data model, and supports IEC 61850 Client/ Server/ Gateway Ed2.0.
T300 configuration software tool, Easergy Builder, helps you import CID file provided by IED manufacturers and create one or multiple instances of that IED. Once the instance(s) created, the user will be able to select what to do with the data read from the IEC 61850 IEDs (convert them into another protocol to report them to a remote SCADA software/ ADMS/ etc.).
Note:
While IEC 61850 is a standard, IEDs CID files may have some differences. Hence it is always a good idea to try before doing the real thing.
