Issue:
When trying to access the Trending&Forecasting tab in ION7550 or ION7650 webserver, it doesn't show a graph.



Environment:
PowerLogic ION7550/7650 series

Resolution:
This might be due to the fact that Trending and Forecasting on the web server requires ActiveX control, which is only available on Microsoft web browsers.

Try using Internet Explorer for example to view this page.

If you still have problems viewing the trends, please install the ProEssentials Graph application attached. This is installed by default with ION Setup but in case you don't have it you'll have to install it manually.
