What is the solution of “Full DR Alarm” appear in P442(E0 software) relay’s HMI?

Issue :
“Full DR Alarm” appear in P442_E0 software.

Environment/Product line:
Micom P40 relays.

Resolution:
As written on manual, the customer need to extract disturbance record before try to reset the alarm after that will try to clear from the HMI or Easergy studio software.

Please ensure that you extract all DR to clear the alarm, the alarm is still present when DR capacity is over 70%, if you extract only 2 or 3 disturbance, it's possible to not be under 70% and it is not possible to reset the Alarm.

If you face any issue after try above, please contact your local Schneider customer care with archive file with setting, PSL, event and DR extracted from device.
