The Logic Editor in RemoteConnect doesn't open

When creating or opening an existing RemoteConnect project the Logic Editor doesn't start.  This can be due to insufficient system memory (RAM).

The minimum allowed for the RemoteConnect software version 2.7.3 is 12GB of RAM. 16GB of RAM is recommended.
