There was a problem loading the Configuration Applications" in Web Applications
Issue
Web Applications will open and load but will throw the error "There was a problem loading the Configuration Applications". Unable to access any of the application tools.

Cause
Power Monitoring Expert leverages several ION services. A list of these services can be found here. ION Application Modules Provider Engine Host Service hosts web services that provide data processing for the Web Applications component and should be set to automatic. Without this service running, the Web Applications will not be able to access the necessary data to be used.
Resolution

Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Tools. Select Windows Services.

Set ION Application Modules Provider Engine Host Services by right-clicking the service, select Properties ,and select Automatic from the Startup Type menu. Press Start. Select OK.

Return to PME web applications and refresh the page.
