Why can't I downgrade the BMENOC0301 or BMENOC0311?
This is due to a new NAND Flash hardware component introduced in Product Version (PV) 27 and greater.
If you have a BMENOC0301 or BMENOC0311 that is PV27 or greater, the lowest acceptable firmware level is v2.19.The downgrade procedure will fail if you attempt to downgrade the firmware below v2.19 with a PV27 or greater.
