The image below is the sample of the grayed out option from the AP9614 Dry Contact I/O card.

This usually happens if the AP9614 Dry Contact I/O card Dip Switch  is set to either Configuration 1, 2, or 3. The configuration settings in web interface is intended for Dip Switch Configuration 4. This allows the card to offer greater flexibility regarding the available configurations for UPS, input, output, and I/O accessories.
