Biography
Janet Lim is the Business Vice President, Services at Schneider Electric for Singapore.
As an experienced executive, Janet has over 17 years of global and regional experience in Industrial Automation and Services Management. Driven by her keen business acumen, she has held several diverse leadership positions across Asia, Europe, and North America, where she leveraged innovation to deliver operational excellence and drive business growth.
Prior to her current appointment, Janet was Vice President of Schneider’s Industrial Automation Business in Taiwan, where she championed key initiatives on Green Manufacturing with local partners to drive sustainable development and impact. Janet is currently based out of Singapore.
Janet graduated from Curtin University in Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing and Management. In addition, she holds a Master of Science degree in Knowledge Management from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
