Issue:
No output voltage from the ATV71 drive
Product Line:
ATV71/ATV621
Environment:
output voltage
Cause:
n/a
Resolution:
Power down and perform static checks on the outputs to the +/- bus ( PA/+ to PC/-).
Power up the drive and recheck all the motor parameters, including the Motor control Type parameter.
Then could go to 1.10 menu and run the transistor tests.
If all these test pass, then make sure the Motor Control Type is set to V/F 2 pts ( 1.4 menu)
and then go to 1.8 menu: set OPL to no. Run the drive at 20, 40 and 60 hz and measure
all the outputs to see if they are all balanced. If they are balanced, then appears the drive
is ok. Would suggest to disconnect the motor and megger it out with 1000v megger.
