How can we help you today?
How can you scale the signal coming from the ATV930 Multi Drive Link using Client Server setup?

Issue:

Scaling the ATV930 Multi Drive Link signal from the Client.

Product Line:

ATV930 setup with MDL

Environment:

All

Cause:

Adjustments using MDL Client

Resolution:

It is not possible to let say “customize” data passing through the digital link.

The Client sends the speed and the torque references to Servers plus some data needed to have the function working well but no customer access to these data.

As speed reference is sent by the Client, you can configure a function (Jog, reverse, …) only at client level.

The Server will follow the Client.

As reminder, be sure the Server is in RUN mode before the Client.

The Server will be in RUN waiting the “final RUN” delivered by the Client as soon as you give RUN order at Client level.

With MDL

Scaling of the speed is not possible (old request done in our side but still not available)

Scaling of the torque at Server level is possible through the Parameter TRT
