Issue: The UPS reports "Internal RBM Disconnected" or "Battery Modules Not Connected" alarm on the LCD.

Product Line: SRTL5KRM2UI, SRTL5KRM2UT

Environment: UPS firmware version 03.1 or earlier

Resolution: This issue is addressed in UPS firmware version 03.2 Upgrade the UPS firmware to version 03.2 or later. Refer to FA170679 or FAQ000242942 for more information on how to update the UPS firmware.
