What UPS models are officially supported by the AP9624 (UPS Interface Expander 2 SmartSlot Card)?

Cause

The user is unsure if the AP9624 is supported in their device or AP9624 is not working properly and compatibility is not confirmed.

Resolution

The following UPS lines have been officially tested with the AP9624 UPS Interface Expander 2 SmartSlot Card by APC:

1. Smart-UPS Model Types with the following prefix:
   1. SU
   2. SUA
   3. SURT
   4. SURTA
   5. SURTD
   6. SUM
   7. SMT
   8. SMX
   9. SRC
   10. SRT
   11. SUVT/Galaxy 3500

2. All single phase Symmetra Model Types including:
   1. Symmetra (Power Array)
   2. Symmetra RM
   3. Symmetra LX

Note: The AP9624 is intended to support the above UPS models which consist of both older and newer generation UPS types. All other SmartSlot enabled UPS models may work in conjunction with the AP9624, however, compatibility has not been verified by APC.
