How to display more than 3000 rows of logged data in ION Setup

Purpose

A customer has a data recorder depth set to 3360. When he uses ION Setup to display the logged data, only 3000 rows of data can be seen.

Cause
By default, the data screen of ION Setup is set to display 3000 rows of data.

Resolution
To display more data in the data screens of ION Setup, please follow the procedure below to modify the PML file: -
Step 1: Go to the device that requires editing in the folder ..\ION Setup\Tables (e.g. ..\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Tables)
Step 2: Pick a data recorder table (e.g. ..\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\Tables\PML7650\Version 2.2 Default\Data Recorders\Historic Average.pml)
Step 3: Open the pml file with Notepad and modify the value of "ROWS" to a higher value (e.g. 3360)



Step 4: Save and close the file.

Connect the meter with ION Setup again and you should see the data screen for Historic Average, which should display a maximum of 3360 rows.
