Note this error may not be on all machines but some of them may have missing file extensions which gives this error.
This error is due to not recognizing of webclient initialization files as registered file extension.
To correct this issue addition of correct MIME extension to IIS deployed folder is required as detailed below.
-Run the IIS manager (Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Internet Information Services)
-Go to Web Sites | Default Web Site | Citect | deploy |


- Click on example directory and go to MIME types to add file extensions.



- Now add the MIME type (File extension) .* and enter the Content type (MIME) as application/octect-stream



-Select Ok.
-Restart Webclient.
