Issue
Customer likes to reset the accumulated energy of the meter from ION Setup. Without the suggested modification, one needs to clear it from the front panel only.

Cause
Customer would like to reset the accumulated energy of the meter from ION setup from the front panel only.
Resolution
Let's take CM4000 as an example. Please close any open instance of ION Setup.
1. Please go to the installation directory of the ION Setup, for example, C:\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\ION Setup\tables\CM4000
2. Open the Setup.cfg in the above location and replace the entire section under [Meter Resets] with the following:
[Meter Resets]
NotSetupMode=1
SetupType=7
SetupNum=2
StartAddress=48000
Registers=2
Setup1=1,Meter Initialization
Pkt1Format=10030,9999
Setup2=2,Clear Accumulated Energy
Pkt2Format=6211
Save the file. Open ION Setup>Meter Resets.
The Meter Reset section should look like as follows
