Issue:
ATV61 and/or ATV71 drive not starting using a run command on +24 and LI1.
Product Line:
Altivar 61 and Altivar 71
Environment:
All
Cause:
Drive was in HMI mode with the F4 function key set to T/K.
Resolution:
Check the status bar at the top of the display to see if the drive is in 'LOC' or 'REM' mode. If it's in 'LOC' mode:
Check Programming in menu 1.6 the Command menu to see if the drive is set for terminal control mode.

-Check to see if any of the Functions keys (F1,F2,F3,F4) are assigned to 'T/K'. If so, push that Function key to put the drive back in Remote mode.
If its already in 'REM' mode, measure the supply voltage on LI1 (LI1 to COM, not ground) and be sure that there is 24VDC there.Check Programming in menu 1.6 the Command menu to see if the drive is set for terminal control mode.
-Drive Menu -> 1.6 Command -> Cd1= Terminals
Check the I/O Map to see whether LI1 is being activated. -Drive Menu -> 1.2 Monitoring -> I/O Map - > Logic Inputs Map
