Can the NSX range with Micrologic 5E or 6E give you the short circuit current value?
The NSX Micrologic 5.x and 6.x are able to record and show the fault currents as shown in the below linked guide.

These fault currents values are only indicative because some accuracy depends on the sampling rate (not well adapted to fast rising short circuit currents) and the power available for the microprocessor to record the current values (if there's no external 24 Vdc power supply).
