Power Monitoring Expert v9.0: Adding a ‘time’ where clause in the Vista diagram when viewing waveforms causes buttons (Show waveforms) to disappear when viewed in Web Diagrams.

Issue
Web diagrams > Datalog Viewer (DV) 'Show waveforms' and 'Change Date Range' button hides when the timestamp filter is included in the DV query button in vista screen.

Environment
PME - Web App > Diagrams

Cause
Identified a bug in the scripting.

Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying/replacing them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).

Find attached Hotfix: "Hotfix_90_CU_swione-Release.9.0.20016.01.zip" which will fix issue in PME9.

Stop all ION services.
Unzip folder copy from zip file and replace the files under '\Program Files (x86)\Schneider Electric\Power Monitoring Expert\system' in PME system.
Reset IIS.
Start all ION services (which are stopped earlier)

This will make the ‘Waveform button’ show up if there is data available.
The change date button will not show up if the Where clauses is added to the Logviewer in Vista because it is hard-coded.
(Note: This fix is included in CU1 for PME v2020)
