Control Expert V15.0 - DTM updates failing due to Security Editor setting
1. Issue
Our customer has come across an issue where he is unable to update the DTM catalogue after installing CE15 software on a Windows 10 PC.
On opening the dummy project (or any other project) the following message pops up:

Clicking OK causes the DTM audit tool to activate, and the following messages are displayed. Note the message indicating that CE is not installed:

We have reproduced this issue by using the same profile as yours, so, we think it's a normal behavior under the SystemOperator selected in Edit profile.
Based on the test, if selecting Administrator in DTM access rights of Edit profile, it will be able to update the DTM catalog.
