Resolution:
Altivar Process Modular (APM) drives are a version of the Altivar 600 and Altivar 900 series drives assembled and packaged by approved third party partners. The partner is responsible for designing, building and selling the APM Drive.
The APM drives are offered in 380-480 volt (150 thru 1100 HP) and 500-690 volt (125 thru 1200 HP).
Schneider Electric Drive Products Support can be engaged for normal programming/troubleshooting assistance if needed at 1-800-565-6699.
Any issues or concerns related to purchase, design, delivery, manufacture or warranty of the APM drives should be directed to the Partner.
Below is the table listing the APM Partners in Canada, authorized to support the APM Drives (as of January 2022).
However, we have few APM SI/OEM who have access to APM and buy from our distributors and sell to their customers.
