How can you set up the ATV6000 Medium Voltage drive to have a freewheel stop over Ethernet command? `

Issue:

ATV6000 Medium Voltage drive setting freewheel stop using Ethernet command.

Cause:

Wants to trigger freewheel stop over ethernet.

Resolution:

If they want to use the Freewheel stop function on the ATV6000 MV Drive over embedded Ethernet TCP.

The CMD word leaves bit 11 thru 15 open or that be assigned to Freewheel stop.

Example: Freewheel stop is programmed to C515 now Bit 15= 0 of the CMD will trigger the NST or Freewheel stop.  This will be true in CIA 402 Drive com state and IO profile.

Note the Active bit is low so the assigned freewheel stop input has to be turned ON or 1 to allow normal Ramp stop assigned under STT. If assigned freewheel stop goes OFF or 0the drive will stop in freewheel mode.
