Issue: What is the correct part number of the SYMMETRA LX Tower Frame Caster (Front and Rear)?

Cause:
In unexpected circumstances there are events where sometimes there are modifications or moving of such set-ups to another location which results in a lot of movement of the frame and possibly damage to the caster. And to know the correct part number of the particular caster it is good to know each position and its corresponding part number and description.
