Does ION meter support Indexing in IEC 61850 and if so, what is the method for indexing Report Control Blocks?

Issue
A Report Control Block (RCB) defines the way a Dataset is transmitted to a client. If the same report is to be used by more than one client, several reports of this type have to be instantiated in the IED. The instances of a report identified using a numerical index and are commonly called indexed Report Control Block(RCB).

When an ION meter's ICD file is configured using IEC 61850 Configurator Tool, CET850 and uploaded to the meter, all instances of reports are indexed by 0# for example urcbMMXU01 to urcbMMXU04. In some IEC 61850 Clients, reports are automatically indexed with 01 at the end of the report name, for example urcbMMXU0401.

Environment
IEC 61850 Configurator Tool
CET850 Configuration Software

Cause
All instances of reports that are sent by meter to the IEC 61850 Client, are indexed as 01. In this example IEDExplorer as IEC 61850 Client:

Resolution
ION meter supports indexing by appending "01" to the name, as mandated by the IEC 61850 Standard, however ION meter does not accept the "Indexed" parameter from the Configuration Software(in this example CET850) since ION meters have  predefined and hard coded indexed reports.

This may cause some confusion as the meter only allows a single subscription to each report but can accommodate 4 distinct "copies" of the report, each with a different name.

In this case, when configuring Report Control Block, there is no need to check the Indexed checkbox.
