APC by Schneider Electric provides TAA-Compliant Offers that meet the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). The TAA is intended to foster fair and open international trade. It requires that all products be produced or undergo "substantial transformation" within the United States or a designated country.

Products are considered TAA compliant if they are manufactured or substantially transformed in the United States or any of the TAA designated countries listed. You can find this in a chart provided on this link by FEDSched.

APC products will have either US or TAA at the suffix of its part number / SKU if it is TAA compliant. Additionally, the NetShelter ™ generation 2 racks (containing B2 or W2 on their suffixes) are all TAA compliant. Refer to attached files and to FAQ000276025.
