M221 SV1.12A - How to solve Ethernet intermittent disconnection

Description:
A intermittent Ethernet disconnection was identified on specific references of M221 (listed below) with specific hardware version (SV1.12A), causing loss of communication.

Affected references:
Only the listed references bellow are affected:
TM221ME16R with SV1.2A
TM221ME16RG with SV1.2A
TM221CE24R  with SV1.2A

How to identify it on the product?
On the left side label, check the reference on top and SV version at the bottom. See example below:

How to solve?
Update your M221 with firmware v1.13.1.0 released within MachineExpert Basic 1.3 build 215.
This version contains a fix to solve the intermittent disconnection.

-My reference is not listed on Affected References. Should I take any action?
If reference is not listed, no action is needed. Although, is always recommended to update to latest versions to take advantages of enhancements and fixes.

-My reference is on the list, but doesn't contains letter "A". What to do?
SV without "A" is not affected and for that, no action is needed. However, keeping your system updated is always advised.

-Is this firmware version exclusive for SV1.12A?
No. It can be applied on any M221 reference.
