This port is not meant to connect with any shutdown or any management software.
The service port of the Symmetra LX Intelligence Module (SYMIM5) is intended to be used by our engineering team and/or our field service representatives to diagnose issues (if any) and/or gather data from the unit for evaluation. This is not intended to be accessed by the end user in the field by any means as improper use of this can cause damage to the intelligence module that can lead to component issues or possible load droppage.
