How to change power up alarm behavior for ION9000, PM8000 and ION7400 meters
Issue
Meter's Power up alarm changed behavior in V3.1.0 and is now active for 1 day. Would like to change the behavior of the alarm either disable this alarm or change the duration of the alarm.
Note that this alarm is required for meter to meet WELMEC compliance. If the meter needs to meet WELMEC compliance, do not change the alarm behavior.

Resolution
The alarm is from setpoint module #1 "Pwr up". This setpoint module is linked to One Shot Timer module #12 "PwrUpToBool"
To de-activate the alarm, change the setup register of the Setpoint module. The Enable register could be set to "Disabled".
To change the duration of the alarm, change the duration setup register of the One Shot Timer module. The default of 86,400 is 1 day (3600*24), change the duration to meet need.
