Proposed Solution

Solution 1:

Import the attached certificates into the Trusted Root Certification Authority through the Manage Computer Certificates interface.

1. VeriSign Universal Root Certification Authority.cer
2. VeriSign Class 3 Public Primary Certification Authority - G5.cer
3. DigiCert Trusted Root G4.cer
   
   

   Then Run the below PowerShell script after getting the exported certificate in the system.

   Change the path of the exported file in the following script and run it in PowerShell ISE in administrator mode.

   $sst = ( Get-ChildItem -Path C:\certs\roots.sst )

   $sst| Import-Certificate -CertStoreLocation Cert:\LocalMachine\Root

   Solution 2:
   If the previous solution fails, rebuild the certificate chain from a functioning PME system.
   From a working PME system, export the three previously stated certificates.

   Then run the below PowerShell script in the non-working system after getting the exported certificate in the system:
