Section I:

APC by SE Network Management Cards™

APC By Schneider Electric Network Management Cards will have a two-year warranty repair or replace. However, Network Management Cards that come pre-installed on a UPS will follow its warranty which is three years. Most Smart-UPS models have optional extended warranties available. In line with this, the warranty of the APC By Schneider Electric Network Management Card that come pre-installed on a Smart-UPS will also be extended.

APC by SE Smart Slot ™ accessories:

AP9810 Dry Contact Accessory, AP9604BLK SmartSlot Triple Chassis, Temperature and Humidity Sensors such as AP9335T and AP9335TH, will have a Two-Year Warranty.

Rack ATS:
APC By Schneider Electric Rack ATS will have a Two-Year warranty with accessories being covered repair or replace.

Rack PDU:

APC By Schneider Electric Rack PDUs be it Basic, Metered, Switched, Metered by Outlet or Switched Metered by Outlet will have a Two-Year warranty with accessories being covered repair or replace.

Advanced Rack PDU:

For APC By Schneider Electric Advanced Rack PDUs be it, Metered, Switched, Metered by Outlet or Switched Metered by Outlet, will have a Three-Year warranty with accessories being covered repair or replace.

Section III: Warranty Extension options

You can extend the warranty for APC by Schneider Electric Rack PDUs for up to three years, and for APC by Schneider Electric Advanced Rack PDUs for up to two years. Extended warranty options are available for purchase here.

The Warranty period starts at the date of original purchase. When requesting warranty service we may ask for proof of purchase if we are unable to verify warranty eligibility through other means.

Schneider Electric reserves the right to withhold warranty service due to misuse or product modification. For Rack PDU, please see FA156150 for reference.
