Our UK and Ireland Programme
We offer a wide range of Apprenticeships across the UK and Ireland which enable you to earn while you learn.
You will have the opportunity to gain job-specific training and experience in an innovative environment whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Our Apprentice Programmes are open for applications Q1 for a September start.
Programmes in our Sustainability Business Division:
- Sustainability Leadership Programme (Global): A 2-year rotational programme with three 8-month rotations in energy and sustainability activities. Participants are hired as permanent employees and placed in a permanent role upon successful completion.
- Automation Engineering Programme (United States): A robust 6-month training programme where you'll learn the fundamentals of our Sustainability Business through available positions on our Hardware Design, Applications Engineering, and Field Operations teams. This programme is designed for recent graduates from both 2-year technical and 4-year engineering programmes.
- Public Sector Sales Programme (United States): Offers an 8-week internship or 10-week training programme for new hires to learn consultative selling, shadow account executives, visit customer sites, and complete a mock sales presentation.
