Kelly Becker

President, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland, Belgium and Netherlands
Kelly has spent many years leading Schneider Electric’s business across the globe and is currently responsible for all operations within the UK and Ireland, Belgium and Netherlands. She leads 5,500 employees with responsibility for a multi-billion P&L. Most recently, Kelly has held the role of Schneider Electric Country President, Ireland, Vice-President of the Power Solutions Division in the US and worked at Danaher Corporation in Product Management. With over 20 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors, Kelly has a track record of delivering results through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer-centric innovation. Additionally, she has driven multiple turnarounds and excels at change management and building high-performance teams. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and public relation from Texas Christian University, a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and graduated from the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in 2025. She sits on the Board of Schneider Electric UK, is a Non-Executive Director for Elis (ELIS.PA France), serves on the Leadership Advisory Board for the Darden School of Business and is on the Executive Board of Directors with the French Chamber UK and British American Business. Kristin Baker

Vice President Industrial & Process Automation UK & Ireland
Kristin leads the Industrial and Process Automation business across the UK and Ireland. She’s responsible for driving the growth transformation strategy across the business building on our strong product position in the market and accelerating our segment, software and service initiatives. During her 12 years at Schneider Electric Kristin has held a number of roles across the business. She started in Corporate Strategy working on key enterprise strategies for the group like IoT, Analytics, Software Business Models and Cybersecurity. In 2015 she joined the UK Digital Energy team and has held several operational roles in segment marketing, operational strategy and digital services. She most recently led Digital Buildings for Europe Operations. Prior to her time at Schneider Electric, she worked in IT Consulting for Cerner Corporation (now Oracle) designing and implementing healthcare information systems in the US, UK and UAE. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Iowa and a MBA with a focus on strategy and energy from HEC Paris. Kristen Brown

Vice President Customer Operations UK & Ireland
As Vice President Customer Operations UK & Ireland, Kristen is responsible for customer care, satisfaction and quality, the project management office, business systems and compliance, and strategies to transform and accelerate digital experiences for customers. Kristen's new role is responsible for leading with a "Customer Obsessed" mentality to enhance the overall customer experience by ensuring our business anticipates and meets customer needs. Her focus is on proactive engagement with our customers to enable seamless interactions that drive higher satisfaction and deepen relationships. Prior to her appointment as Vice President Customer Operations UK & Ireland in July 2025, Kristen served as Vice President Strategy UK&I, where she led internal strategy, government affairs, and partnerships for the UK & Ireland with a particular focus on the new energy landscape, supporting energy providers and consumers in their journeys towards sustainability, resilience, and efficiency. She joined Schneider in 2023, bringing experience working in strategy and product development with government, utilities, and digital starts ups on the energy transition. Rhonda Doyle

Country President Ireland
Rhonda Doyle was appointed Country President Ireland in April 2025, before which she was VP of Customer Operations UK&I. In that role, she led customer care, satisfaction and quality, business systems, business tendering and project management, alongside developing new strategies to transform end-to-end customer digital experiences. As Country President Ireland, Rhonda leads Schneider’s overall business in the country and is responsible for scaling growth by leveraging the company’s broad portfolio of products and services Prior to this, Rhonda served as Senior Director of Field Service Operations. During that time, she played an integral role in growing the services side of the business to support customers’ digitalisation and sustainability strategies. She was also instrumental in transforming internal processes, improving performance and service delivery, while helping projects to scale and meet customer requirements. Rhonda joined Schneider Electric in January 2021 as Director of Operations, Services and Projects having previously spent 17 years at eBay. She is particularly passionate about supporting women accelerate in the business and promoting diversity in the workplace and in STEM leadership roles specifically. Rhonda also supports Technical University Dublin with mentoring and an annual corporate-funded scholarship to help female students get into STEM careers. She is also a WMB Gender Diversity Ambassador. In 2022 Rhonda received the overall Businesswoman Award at the Women Mean Business conference. Rhonda holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and a master’s degree in Business Administration at Dublin City University and is currently a volunteer at TU Dublin.

Kristin Hanley

Vice President Global Marketing & Sales Excellence UK & Ireland
Kristin leads Schneider Electric’s Global Marketing and Sales Excellence team in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I). In this role she brings together several interlinked functions including Marketing, the Data Office, Sales Excellence and Remote Sales to ensure a cohesive go to market strategy and alignment to maximise our opportunities for growth with key customers and segments, as well as software and services. Under Kristin, the new team’s mission is to better support its commercial teams through proactive data analytics, optimisation of sales coverage models, and investigation into synergies and collaboration opportunities between digital, virtual and face to face channels in addition to deliver a seamless marketing communication, and digital customer relationship experience.  Kristin sits on the UK&I executive committee. She began her career via an international talent development program within Schneider Electric, moving to the UK to take on both channel and offer marketing roles in 2006. A few years later, Kristin returned to the US and took responsibility for the successful business transformation and integration of North American customer care operations, as well as numerous continuous improvement initiatives aimed at delivering an exceptional digital customer experience. Over the past 15 years, she has held several roles, enabling her to build valuable knowledge and leadership in digital and commercial pricing transformation, as well as a strong customer focus from her roles in commercial marketing for the UK&I distribution channel and transactional businesses. Prior to taking on this current role in March 2024, she was VP Customer Operations for the UK&I. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Marketing from the University of Georgia. She is currently a member of CBI's Manufacturing Council and serves on the Digital Supply Chain Innovation Hub Industry Advisory Group.

Layton Hill

Vice President Strategy UK & Ireland
From July 2025, Layton leads the UK & Ireland Strategy team, where he is responsible for corporate intelligence, strategic projects, and operational sustainability for the UK & Ireland. Layton and the strategy team work across business units and directly with customers, driving strategic initiatives from idea to implementation. He will also be leading sustainable development and the delivery of Schneider Electric UK and Ireland’s net-zero commitments. Layton joined Schneider Electric in 2023 and has played a pivotal role in the Transactional Business team, helping to drive continuous improvement, product commercialisation, and go-to-market strategy. Prior to Schneider Electric, he spent ten years with Danaher’s water quality group in product, marketing, sales leadership, and general management in North America and Europe. Kas Mohammed

Vice President Services UK & Ireland
With nearly 20 years at Schneider Electric, Kas Mohammed brings deep industry expertise and a passion for customer success to his role as Vice President of Services for the UK & Ireland, a position he assumed in July 2025. Prior to this, Kas led the Digital Energy business, where he championed smart, sustainable solutions for the built environment. Today, Kas leads a dynamic Services team focused on helping customers modernise, maintain, and monitor their electrical infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations around the clock. His mission is clear: to empower customers to navigate complexity, unlock performance, and accelerate their decarbonisation journeys with confidence. Drawing on his extensive experience in digital transformation, Kas is a strong advocate for leveraging data, IoT, and lifecycle services to drive measurable outcomes. Whether supporting legacy systems or enabling next-generation energy strategies, he and his team are committed to delivering value at every stage of the customer journey. David Pownall

Vice President, Services, Schneider Electric UK and Ireland
As of July 2025, David is VP Power Systems and Safety UK & Ireland, having joined Schneider Electric as VP Services & Safety UK & Ireland in 2019. During those six years, he successfully drove the growth of the Services business, implemented a new service model, and enhanced employee engagement. Having invested £50 million since 2023 in manufacturing in Leeds and Scarborough, the Power Systems business unit will continue, under David’s leadership, to manufacture several components necessary for the UK & Ireland’s net-zero transition. These UK-manufactured products are vital to the security and reliability of the zone’s current and future electricity networks which are key to enabling the new electricity generation, storage, and interconnection infrastructure that are needed to meet the rapid increase in electricity demand. This includes the infrastructure behind charging electric vehicles. With a wealth of international experience, spanning Japan and North America as well as the UK, David believes that cutting-edge technology on its own is not enough to solve the industry’s biggest challenges. It is a combination of data-driven insights, innovative applications, digital services and consultative partnerships that will enable the next level of resilience, agility and sustainability in industry, infrastructure and buildings. David serves as a trustee of the Electrical Industries Charity and sits on the Board of Schneider Electric UK. Having previously headed up EMEA customer support and maintenance delivery at Rockwell Automation, David brings a wealth of experience in delivering customer value and improving business performance in industrial settings. Dan Hutchinson

Vice President Human Resources, UK&I Schneider Electric
Dan Hutchinson is the Vice President of Schneider Electric’s Human Resources for the UK and Ireland Zone. Following careers in management consultancy and retail, he joined Schneider Electric in 2010. During his company tenure he has led HR Services driving digitisation and service excellence internally across a complex European region, and latterly leading the global People Analytics transformation to realise the power of data and insights through visualisation, data science and automation.  In his role as Vice President HR UK&I, Dan is driving the Zone’s people strategy; People First, to support growth of the UK&I Business through two “north stars”; to attract and invest in diverse talent and build critical skills, and together with the Zone’s Leaders to create an engaging, inclusive, and high performing culture. A qualified leadership coach with a career background across four sectors and three geographies, Dan is a true advocate for diversity and creating inclusive environments that enhance innovation.
