Changing time format in PICED from 12 to 24Hour

This option can be configured on the Tools page of the unit under Region/Language -> Regional Options tab -> Customize -> Time tab.

From here you will be able to select HH:mm:ss from the Time format drop down menu which should display the time on the touchscreen as desired
