4004700 - Product Code (may or may not be on label)
HL530 - Date code.
HL - Manufacturing plant (also could be 6W, 8B, 88, N2, JM or Y1)
5 - Year, 2015 (6 = 2016, 7 = 2017, etc)
30 - week
989002 - Internal manufacturing data
*** Note that the 1digit YEAR code was changed to 2digits in 2018. So, a drive manufactured in year 2022 week 8 has a date code 2208.
